Phase: 1: Business Analysis – Onboarding & Assessment This payment will be required to start the onboarding process
Phase: 2: AI AGENT SET-UP & INTEGRATION
Phase 3: 10 Days of Testing Post Set-up & Launch
Phase 4: Continuous Fine-tuning & Performance Enhancements.
This monthly payment is required 30 days after Phase 4
The Contractor will build and implement the AI Business Integration Services as outlined in this proposal from start to finish, including but not limited to, AI Triagers, AI Appointment Setters, AI Script, Objection Handling, backend action code and all necessary integrations to ensure the Client has an effective and efficient solution to meet the requirement and scope outlined above. The Contractor will give ongoing support and consulting to the Client. After Phase fours is complete, the Contractor will provide ongoing weekly check-in calls, to help the Client most effectively increase performance and optimize work efficiencies.
TERM
This agreement will commence on the effective date, after payment and will continue until the services are completed and a term is agreed upon for the completion of Phase Three.
COMPENSATION
Client agrees to pay the Contractor a service fee of the amount $9,997 USD, where the set- of $5,000 USD is paid immediately and the balance of $4,997 is paid after set-up, integration and testing is complete and before our launch.
Monthly Service Costs After
Following the initial setup Phase 1 and 2, outlines the monthly costs associated with maintaining and utilizing AI Agent services. Starting one month from the delivery date, these recurring fees ensure continuous access to our cutting-edge AI solutions, along with ongoing support and updates. This investment ensures that your business consistently benefits from the latest advancements in AI technology, keeping you ahead in the digital landscape.
Phase 4: Continuous Fine-tuning & Performance Enhancements, is $1,997 and Includes $500 of AI Agent communication usage.
USAGE System Fees.
Our pricing structure is carefully crafted to align with your business's specific needs and scale of operations. In the following section, you will find a detailed breakdown of our usage pricing, offering transparent and flexible options to suit various business models. This approach ensures you receive maximum value and efficiency from AI Integration services, tailored to your unique requirements.
CONFIDENTIALITY
The Company agrees that all information received from the Client in the course of providing the Services will remain confidential. The Company will not disclose this information to any third party, except when compelled by law or when the Company deems it necessary to prevent harm to the Client or others.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Because you have expressed interest in working with the AIB2B team, client(s) acknowledges the following:
(i) The Client acknowledges that once this contract is signed and executed, it becomes binding and cannot be cancelled. The Client is responsible for fulfilling the terms of the agreement and making the required payments as outlined in the contract.
(ii) The Company operates a strict no refund policy outside of its service guarantee. Once payment has been made for services under this Agreement, no refunds will be issued. The Client acknowledges and agrees that all payments made under this Agreement are non-refundable.
PAYMENT PLAN POLICY
Upon signing of this agreement, 50% of the amount must be paid to initiate the integration services. A minimum balance of $500 must be maintained at all times to pay for on-going agent communication service fees payable at the beginning of each month
All payments are due based on the payment plan chosen and agreed upon by the Client. Any refusal to comply with the agreed payment terms or behaviour by the Client, such as "ghosting" or not answering the AIB2B team, is considered a breach of contract.
This breach may result in temporary revocation of program access until the due balance is paid in full. If the Client fails to comply with the payment or refuses to pay the balance in full, they may be completely expelled from the program.
PAYMENT TERM
To the best of your knowledge and in good faith, there are no foreseeable circumstances that would inhibit you from participating in this program. Once payment is completed, the program will start on flexible terms. It is required that all fees are paid.
Failure to complete the payment may result in the Company's right to pass the outstanding amount to a third-party debt collection agency. Additional fees may be added if payments are not completed. If a dispute is initiated by The Client, AIB2B reserves the right to suspend the client's access to all of our services until the dispute is resolved.
During this period, AIB2B will engage with The Client to address and resolve the dispute in a timely manner. Once the dispute is satisfactorily resolved and any outstanding payments are settled, The Client's access to the services will be reinstated.
